Greater Metro Multiple Listings Service - Home of the Week- Drawing for members only: Each week the Dallas Morning News features a photo of a listing, detailed information about the property features, and more. MLS Committee - This committee’s challenge is to address a diverse array of MLS issues. This committee deals with everything that insures proper and efficient functioning of the MLS system. Committee members must be Greater Metro MLS subscribers. This committee allows you to have a say on issues that affect the MLS system.
MLS Solutions - REALTORS® deal with numerous complexities with MLS solutions. To meet the needs of all of our members and MLS subscribers, MetroTex offers award winning training that will improve your efficiency by helping you get the most out of their technology. MetroTex meets your MLS needs with MCE approved training on all of the MLS systems.
Technology Solutions - MetroTex also delivers mobile training in other areas of technology. While MLS is vital to your business there are other areas of technology that can assist you. MetroTex has identified the need for online marketing not only for your listings but also for your personal marketing. MetroTex meets your technology needs with training on (Digital Cameras, Smartphones, Websites, Internet Marketing, Getting Started with Technology).
MLS Meetings/Tours - The MLS meetings & tours, sponsored by the MetroTex/GMMLS are a very helpful tool in the marketing of listed property and are available to any MLS subscribers NTREIS-wide. Not only are these a great means of obtaining maximum exposure for listings, they are also a wonderful avenue for networking.
Mobile Lab - MetroTex delivers a mobile lab for training to members at our service centers and our member’s offices. Due to the overwhelming demand of that lab we have added a second mobile lab. This resource is FREE to MetroTex members and we expect that it will continue to be a huge success. Our two mobile labs each have 10 notebook computers that we will bring to your office or to one of our service centers to deliver hands-on training to your office. Satellite Service Centers - We are committed to bringing quality products & services to you. While our main office in Dallas is accessible for many, we also offer service centers in Richardson, Garland, DeSoto, Coppell, and Grapevine to better serve you (see contact information below).
State-of-the-Art Training - Our FREE, comprehensive technology training program includes introductory & advanced courses on accessing and utilizing the MLS system using the FREE MLS software and websites. The computer lab has twenty PC’s for hands-on training. Palm courses are also available to teach you how to use Palm devices as a contact manager and how to download listings from the MLS. Courses are also available for basic Windows, Internet and e-mail training.

www.ntreis.net - A Multi-Functional MLS Designed for You •NTREIS Listings (MarketLinx’s TEMPO MLS System), a complete open system and Internet solution providing the dedicated tools needed by an MLS in today’s market.
NTREIS Tax (Stewart’s Landata Propertyinfo.com), a robust ASP property tax system that enables research on real estate parcels, including ownership, assessed value, property characteristics and property identification information. Users can now customize queries, as well as print and download lists.
NTREIS LMPro (Wyldfyre Technologies’ Listing Manager Pro service), which lets you manage and search all MLS data either online, or offline with a custom database. LMPro allows users to design and create their own marketing presentations, and automatically update listings with a client’s specific search criteria.
NTREIS Remote (Hand e Corp’s Pocket Real Estate for Palm OS and Pocket PC), is a distributed database application for hand-held computers that provide access to MLS anytime, anywhere.
NTREIS Translator (Immobel.com), which allows you to have a 10 language IDX/Property Search website. NTREIS Translator lets you custom design a website that provides customers the ability to search the entire MLS in English, Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, German, French, Italian, Russian, Japanese and Chinese.
NTREIS Transactions (First American’s Transaction Management Solution), enables web-based document management, electronic forms and document tracking. NTREIS’ tool integrates MLS listing data and combines communication and document management with workflow capabilities.
